Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Place the insoles in their original packaging and ensure they are securely stored in a mailing envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Attach Shipping Label

    Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Refund

    Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
